Panusellinos White (PGI-Central Greece)

Continuing from last month, we will introduce wine made by the Greek wine world heretic, the Lycos family of the Greek word for wolf. This month is the white of Pancerinos (full moon). The variety used for white is 100% grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc with a refreshing taste. It's delicious even if you cool it down in the coming hot season. Let's try the tasting now.

Tasting comment
The color is pale yellow and you can see the yellow-green edge that is characteristic of youthful wines. The scent is citrus and orange flowers, with the complexities of herbs such as minerals and green grass. You can also feel the honey scent of proof that uses ripe grapes.

The taste is dry and has a firm sourness. It has a medium alcohol content and a strong medium body. The flavor that you can feel in your mouth has a green scent that is characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc, and minerals that reflect the characteristics of the soil. The finish is a little short and clean, which makes you want to take another sip.
